Hi, my name is Aaron Brill. I'm a Project Manager located in Tampa, Florida.

I am an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience working for mission-driven organizations in the nonprofit sector. Skilled at coordinating initiatives across multiple teams, implementing business technology solutions to simplify workflow, and delivering on-time projects that exceed expectations.

As a project manager, my approach focuses on communication and team member empowerment, to create an environment where each team member is encouraged to take personal ownership of the project.

I am a passionate adventurer and love any excuse to get my feet wet. You can find me fly fishing, snorkeling, cycling, or in a hammock with a good book.
